Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond this event - we want to create greener experiences and inspire our attendees to do the same. By making mindful choices, we can collectively reduce our impact and set a new standard for sustainable events.

Haymarket Events are proud to be awarded ISO 20121 for its Sustainable Event Management System 



At the core of our certification process lies the development and implementation of a Sustainable Event Management System (SEMS). 

With SEMS in place, Haymarket possesses an accredited method to promote ongoing enhancements in efficiency and performance across our live events portfolio.


 

ACCESSIBILITY

We are dedicated to making our events enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their abilities or circumstances. So please let us know if you have any special requirements such as dietary needs based on religious or medical grounds, the need for a private or quiet space during the event, alternative formats such as Braille or large print, hearing loops, British Sign Language interpreter, wheelchair access, high backed chair etc.
