Sam currently leads Direct Line Group's marketing strategy across personal and business brands, such as Direct Line, Churchill, Green Flag, Privilege and Darwin. He was previously CMO at Confused.com and has held senior Marketing roles at RAC, the AA, Microsoft, HSBC. His experience has given him particular expertise in customer acquisition and service, business turnarounds and valuation growth, relationship management and rebranding.
