Laura joined Amazon in 2015, she is responsible for the strategy, management and execution of above the line advertising and marketing communications portfolio across Europe. She has a key role in helping to drive the acquisition and retention of customers. She is passionate about developing and nurturing a talented team into future leaders, whilst continuing to raise the bar with creative campaigns to drive business growth. Prior to Amazon Laura held a number of marketing roles during an 8 year tenure at BMW, a highlight being activating their sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
