Katie joined Channel 4's multi-award-winning in-house agency 4creative as Managing Director in July 2022, appointed to continue their mission to produce risky, innovative and culturally potent work that builds on the channel's unique remit. In March 2024 she was appointed Interim CMO, responsible for the 4creative, Marketing and Content Communications teams, and later that year was promoted into the permanent Chief Marketing Officer position. Prior to joining Channel 4, she spent three years at TBWA\London overseeing operations, Client management, talent and culture – latterly as Chief Operating Officer – and sat on the Omniwomen UK + Allies UK Committee for two years running. During her tenure, the agency saw its highest ever Client satisfaction scores, collected a Cannes Grand Prix and multiple accolades for its work across sectors, and was awarded Best Agency Culture. Prior to joining TBWA\London, Katie ran Grey London's flagship M&S retail business and had stints at Leagas Delaney, Y&R and independent agency Brothers & Sisters, where she led the award-winning 'Bears' campaign in 2015. She is also a founding member of Ovarian Cancer Action's Next Generation Women's Collective, spearheading work recognised by Creative Circle, amongst others, for the charity.
