A great year is hard. Harnessing the talent, capabilities and energy to compete at the top of the new business and award tables requires something special. But sustained excellence is a different gravy and a great year on the back of 6 great years is a different level of challenge, yet that is exactly what Zenith has delivered.

We end 2024 as a top 3 agency in the new business tables and the most awarded agency at the Campaign Media Awards. We welcomed 7 new clients, achieving our highest ever pitch conversion rate, extended our partnership with a further 7 clients and doubled down on our capability, culture and DNA to deliver even better work for our clients and progress for our people. You can’t maintain this trajectory with a rinse and repeat approach. To deliver growth upon growth we needed to pivot when we were winning. So, in 2024 we looked at our product, culture and capability and committed to do three things: 1. Re-invent the type of work the agency (and industry) produces 2. Step-change the way we develop our people 3. Revolutionise the application of identity data across everything we do
