Our People Team has strategically built the People agenda to provide support and opportunities for growth to all our staff. Working to a Find Me, Know Me, Grow Me, Keep Me structure, our People Team has developed a highly effective strategy to finding and retaining the best talent in our industry. A particular focus has been given to growing our inclusive policies and partnerships, ensuring all our people feel supported. Partnerships with This Can Happen, See Her Thrive and most recently, the Mindful Business Charter are delivering our people the help they need and holding us to account to deliver it. Our early careers outreach has grown exponentially with our partnership with Salford University, as well as our new Launchpad programme with Creative Access. For our existing staff, our People Team has done ensured this is the most exciting time to be a member of the Weber Shandwick family. With schemes such as Access All Areas providing international mobility opportunities, and new structures in place to proactively grow the business from the inside such as the Sideboard and the Inclusion board, there has truly never been a greater opportunity for our people to positively shape their careers.
