Hi, we’re VCCP’s DE&I Collective. This is our entry to Talent Management Team of the Year. At VCCP, we keep challenging, pushing and working to until is the norm - not the exception.

In 2024, the industry seemed to question whether DE&I had slipped down the priority list. But at VCCP, we doubled down, pushing further and harder than ever before. Our dedicated team, the DE&I Collective now drives change across every facet of our business, from training and wellbeing to entry-level recruitment, HR, and production. This year, with AI and digital more prominent than ever. We have a dedicated part of the DE&I Collective: our ‘Accessibility Collective’ which has woven web accessibility into the fabric of our culture, upskilling our teams and ensuring every digital product we create — for ourselves or our clients — meets the highest inclusivity standards. We hosted more events for more staff members than ever, celebrating everything from MENA and Pride to Black History Month and Diwali. This entry covers everything we got up to in 2024. We’ve been louder than ever: we hope you feel the same.
