As our CEO Guy Sellers aptly summed up, 2023 has seen us “thrive in the new normal”. We’ve continued to create innovative, award-winning campaigns for our clients, driven by a clear behavioural-led vision and a people-centric culture. We’ve had a record-breaking new business year, winning exciting clients including Black Bear, Hiscox and E.ON, with many more promising leads in the pipeline for 2024. We’ve continued to grow our behavioural consultancy Behave, launching new products including our psychological safety solution, alongside working on exciting projects.

As a proud B Corp, we are committed to making a positive social impact and through partnering with the Young Westminster Foundation we have been able to address the lack of diversity within our industry by helping to create more opportunities for people from different backgrounds. We’ve introduced groundbreaking family policies, surpassed our ESG targets, and relaunched our company values. But we are not resting on our laurels. We continue to look at ways to build upon the incredible work we’ve already done, and how we can continue to push the boundaries, exceed our targets and better our agency.
