Each year, relationships with our client partners have gone from strength to strength, with satisfaction scores now 14% above the industry average. Through these relationships she has pushed our clients to create even better work, delivering on TMW’s proposition and driving transformational results for our clients. As well as leading our client services team to deliver 34% organic client revenue. As well as building on client relationships, Karen has been a lynchpin of TMW’s culture, instituting flexible working patterns for her team, pushing for diversity initiatives & partnerships and ensuring everyone can bring their full selves to work.
