The TMW new business team won 16 pitches out of 18, bringing in £7.3m in new revenue, and £30.8m in net new billings.

The team grew the agency with bigger and better opportunities than ever before, through the lens of the agency’s longstanding proposition: Ideas That Move People. They won big, fame driving work that will move their people and giving them the opportunity to do the best work of their career, with brands like Suzuki, Ehrmann, Greene King and McDonald’s. They also won work that will help move society. The agency has always been conscious of the positive impact and influence that creative agencies can have, and 2024 seen them pick up organisations such as Metropolitan Police, the Breakthrough Agenda, HIV Prevention and the King’s Trust. They launched a new agency offering, TMW Tomorrow, to help frame the agency for the increasingly rich social new business market, and also launched the Growth Council – a forum in which we gather as a suite of disciplines to crack live “beyond the brief” client challenges.
