Since stepping into the CSO role in 2019, Dan has been the driving force behind TMW’s transformation into a truly integrated player. In this five-year period, the agency has won some of the biggest, most exciting pitches around, delivered transformational results and had four consecutive years of very strong growth.

Dan has been at the heart of all that success. He’s taken a wide array of technical expertise and scientific insight and shaped it into one coherent proposition – in the process building a diverse, multi-talented team who are the lifeblood of the agency. In 2024, TMW won Suzuki, the biggest integrated opportunity of the year, McDonald’s, the biggest and most exciting CRM pitch around, and continued to grow our roster of Government clients. It was also the year where Dan’s strategy team drove TMW to new levels of output, delivering business-changing campaigns for clients across the whole spectrum of the customer journey. Dan has also driven the agency’s approach to leadership and mental health. Rolling out company-wide training programmes that put empathy and compassion at the core of our culture.
