He is key to ensuring that TMW lives up to its promise of ‘True Integration’. This means creating work that works throughout the entirety of the customer journey, with both standout creativity and interconnectivity. And Paul leads the way this, both within his team. As well as being Head of Planning, he is the strategic lead on our constantly growing Government team; an irreplaceable leader within Youboard (TMW’s DE&I-focussed shadow board); oh, and he’s also provided the insights to drive some of our biggest and best campaigns from Pride in London, through to Freely. Last but not least, he led the way on our landmark pitch win for McDonald’s, where TMW is now agency of record on the most iconic and exciting CRM account in the industry.
