2024 was a year of creativity and meaningful impact, driving success for clients and empowering our people. We reshaped stroke awareness with the Stroke Association, brought ZSL London Zoo’s magic to life, revitalised Ricola, scaled Skin+Me, and inspired legacy giving with Oxfam. Inclusivity and growth remained core to our workplace culture, with neurodiversity training, leadership programs, and flexible working policies enabling our team to thrive, with 40% earning promotions. These efforts earned us recognition as a Campaign and Sunday Times Best Place to Work. And we lead with purpose. From championing diversity and producing thought-provoking research like 'Midlife Revolution' to exploring AI’s potential and landing another IPA Effectiveness Award, we remain steadfast in our mission to transform media for our clients, our people, and the industry we love.
