In 2024 we grew the agency by nearly a quarter, in a tough year for the industry at large. Increased staff retention, made internal promotions, gave our lowest paid staff a 10% automatic pay rise, advanced our maternity and menopause policies, hired outstanding talent, and added greater personal flexibility - through core working hours - for our people in a post covid-world. We built closer, more senior and strategic relationships with our clients. Achieved 4 new business wins; Starbucks, Sunlife, NEOM*, Manchester United*. With no losses. We expanded our scope of work for Hilton, Pladis, Starbucks and our partnership with adidas on global briefs. Created Disruptive Creative Platforms created for every client. That gave birth to great work such as adidas, You Got This, Ginsters Taste the Effort, Histally What A Relief, Starbucks Drink In Breathe Out, Brook Perfect is Personal. And even greater results, including a recent Effie for McVitie’s True
