In 2021 we aimed to be the force behind the world’s most successful brands. We won 11 new brands, lost no clients, delivered a host of new campaigns, demonstrated effectiveness across our portfolio, won Gold at Creative Circle and more than doubled our revenue. Wins included South Western Railway, Gü, Butterkist and more brands from Diageo.
We have been shortlisted for Oystercatchers Agency of the Year and Best Agency Culture and were named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the 4th consecutive year. We were one of the few agencies awarded CPD Platinum in recognition of the value we place on people development.
We tackled the gender pay gap by giving new parents £500 a month for childcare helping them afford the return to work, continued our ‘Gateway’ Internship scheme, which helps non-white talent get a foothold in the industry and are on the steering committee of Ad Net Zero.
