In May, she was instrumental in bringing ‘the pitch of the decade’ home, as Saatchi & Saatchi was appointed by The John Lewis Partnership - making Franki the new creative lead on the most anticipated Christmas spot of the year. Under Franki’s leadership, 2023 has seen incredible momentum for the creative team. In additional to impactful debut Christmas campaigns for John Lewis and Waitrose, this year has seen Franki develop of a new style of creative department, which has delivered award-winning influential work with brands including EE, OVO, Subway, Pregnant Then Screwed, British Heart Foundation and Deutsche Telekom. Franki has also been integral in the agency securing 10 new business wins, and bringing meaningful new commitment to young talent through the 33-year-old New Creators’ Showcase, which Franki chairs. Having been with Saatchi & Saatchi since 2013, Franki joined as a self-proclaimed ‘industry outsider’, having previously built an impressive reputation in the film industry. She remains an executive producer at the independent film company she co-founded, Western Edge Pictures - a ‘side hustle’ (Franki’s words) that helps her bring untraditional brand and storytelling skills to Saatchi & Saatchi’s creative work.
