Ready10 is a stand-out industry success story since launching in 2016 and we’ve just completed our most successful year to date. Having begun as a one-person-one-laptop business, we quickly burst on the scene with a mission to deliver best-in-class PR that answers both brand and digital objectives via our Hearts, Minds & Bottom Lines approach.

And our work has certainly delivered for clients this year. We changed the face of McDonald’s – literally - by removing the smile from Happy Meals boxes. We’ve helped Sky promote their drama series The Tattooist of Auschwitz, created a ride-thru bakery for Lime, launched the International Olympic Committee’s AI strategy and immortalised Danny Dyer on a giant rug to promote his new comedy series. We’ve a retained client roster that includes McDonald’s, Paddy Power, Mars Wrigley and First Bus and our new business wins in the past year include Emmi Café Latte, Lime and Sky. We are driven by our values in supporting our staff to strive to perform - without being performative. We achieved record staff satisfaction numbers and recorded no pay gaps across ethnicity or gender for the third year in a row in a recent industry study.
