The result? Unprecedented client satisfaction with an NPS score of 8.9 and a remarkable 100% client retention rate. For RAPP 2024 was a year of accolades, being recognised across data, technology, creativity, and effectiveness. Being named Campaign’s Agency of the Year and taking home 10 DMAs, cementing position as leaders in our field. In a challenging new business landscape, we thrived. Achieving an incredible 219% increase in new business wins compared to 2023, with our conversion rate soaring to 82%, up from 42% in 2023.
