In 2024, Tracey’s visionary leadership strategies propelled RAPP to unprecedented heights during their transformative year. Tracey led RAPP to their best new business year, co-leading Barclays pitch to win the largest UK CX pitch, and securing wins for VW, B&Q, Diageo, Evoke, and more.

Tracey redefined success by prioritising the needs of clients/talent, making pitching fun, improving process, and increasing conversion to 82%. Her influence extended globally, co-authoring RAPP's new global agency vision. Under her guidance, achieved three Agency of Year wins, including Campaign's CX AOY for two consecutive years and Campaign's Global AOY. Beyond RAPP, she launched Omnicom’s UK Growth Gang and UK Client Collective. Outside the industry, supports women as a Trustee of Bloom, champions positive pitching via IPA, and supports diverse talent as Brunel University Executive in Residence. This success led to her promotion to UK CMO, joining the UK Exco, Global RAPP management, and co-leading a global OKR.
