In 2024 PrettyGreen had an exceptional year, delivering an 18% increase in fee revenue, 75% pitch conversion rate and achieving B Corp status, proving that successful businesses can balance people, planet and performance.

Believing that things can and should be better & guided by our ‘Less Ordinary’ creative North Star, we streamlined processes with our ‘FAME-work’ framework to focus on delivering award-winning work that delivers commercial impact for our client brands. Re-structuring the business creating 2 MD roles, one to focus on client development & one to drive new business has delivered 9.6 NPS client score with a 2-way client charter commitment & 8 new clients worth £1.24million fees. This led to global expansion with wins from Bupa, Hey Dude & The Famous Grouse. With 26% ethnic minority representation & employment of a DE&I NED we committed to ongoing better business practice investing 10% net profit into charitable & industry initiatives. Our people were rewarded; 24% were staff promoted, 77% Received Salary Increases, 100% job offer acceptance & all of the agency received 1/4ly & annual bonuses. PrettyGreen lived up to it's name; delivering returns (the old pound note), being green & curious & really green with B Corp accreditation.
