We continue to keep building a fresh agency model without waiting for permission. Our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit once again led to us growing faster than any other agency in the UK, and our Active Brand Platform approach gained traction and landed us 12 new clients totalling more than £100m in billings. To service these new opportunities we hired some of the industry’s most admired talent, and ensured gender diversity across the agency. We created more talked-about work for Wilkinson Sword, GREAT, Flora, Met Police and giffgaff. Garnering recognition from Cannes, APG, Marketing Society and the Effies. And the work, worked: we generated £1.75bn in incremental revenue for GREAT; clocked a 10% increase in awareness for Deliveroo Plus in just a month; increased Wilkinson Sword’s consideration and brand affinity by 10%, and saw our long-term ‘What’s Your Thing?’ Campaign for DFS deliver a PROI of £3.24.

We have big ambitions, but at the heart of this is a desire to lead the industry by example; in 2024, we did just that, launching another industry first, the Pablo Living Wage, ensures entry level positions are paid enough to not only survive but live and thrive in the capital.
