Ogilvy One's comeback year was met with considerable fanfare, and early indications suggest the hype was justified.

We put creativity back at the heart of customer experience, winning an impressive 11 new clients with a 90% pitch win rate. Our relationship design methodology, blending data-driven insights with creative brilliance to craft personalised customer experiences that boost engagement and deliver measurable ROI, has been at the heart of our success including with clients like Lloyds Banking Group and Formula 1. We’ve championed a diverse and inclusive workplace too, empowering employees through flexible work policies, development programs, and a culture of belonging, resulting in a highly engaged and innovative team. As well as welcoming 35 new joiners to the Ogilvy One family, we’ve celebrated 36 promotions too. We had a great year bringing Ogilvy One back to the forefront of our customer experience offer. Looking forward to building on that in 2025.
