In 2023 the MullenLowe People Team 1) Landed a set of new global behaviours for the agency, getting our people to co-create what they mean for them. 2) Continued to open our doors to new talent by running our apprenticeship scheme 3) Became the first agency to participate in the bloody good employers accreditation, championing the importance of menstrual health at work 4) Opened the doors of our industry through our Spark work experience and education programme, ensuring the next generation now that advertising is a brilliant and exciting career option for them, 5) Championing a high support high challenge ethos to people development, offering a diverse range of training opportunities to be awarded IPA CPD Gold 6) Developed a supportive, practical programme to help parents returning to work.
And the Team still found time to refresh all our policies, save £320K on recruitment costs, champion new benefits and maintain the lowest churn rate in MullenLowe’s history, all while leading with a human first, kind approach.
