2020 was most definitely the year that you realised just how vital a strong People/Talent team is for the health of your people and the success of your agency. Across the country People departments have pulled off what must be the toughest year of their careers as we continue to find ourselves in unchartered waters.

At MullenLowe Group UK (MLG), we’ve been lucky to have had an incredibly strong People team to help us navigate this difficult time. A relatively new team, with two starters joining us at the start of 2020 and two more joining from our worldwide function in February, the team had only been working closely together for one week before the pandemic hit.

Led by our People Director, Siobhan (Shiv) Brunwin, the MLG People team is made up of Jamie O’Connor (Learning & Development Partner), Nancy Poysden (People Partner), Callum Perrie (People Partner), Olivia Woodhead (Head of Talent) and Tashana Grey (People & Payroll Administrator).
