Mother London
Integrity: We continued to make Mother’s values more tangible with our D&I consulting panel Kindred Council, an offering of 400 free meals to our local community each week, a cost of living bonus for all our people and our Pitch It Forward commitment.
Positive Action: Rather than add to the cacophony of ‘dooms-day’ nagging about the environment, crisis comms about the war and general paralysing guilt, we focused on positive actions that provided quantifiable steps to help people make a difference.
Great Entertainment: And of course, we made some great work - including a collaboration with Craig David on an original song promoting train travel and a two-way language lesson episode of CBeebies’ ‘Hey Duggee’ to welcome our Ukrainian friends to the UK.
And us? Despite the unstable economic climate, we achieved a pitch conversion rate of 90% and won 23 new clients. We grew our team by just under 5% (importantly, with no redundancies) and grew our overall income YoY. In short - we did our children proud.
