Beyond campaigns, Josh has championed inclusivity and innovation in strategy. As the UK Government’s Disability and Access Ambassador for the Advertising Sector and the only strategist named a Campaign Top Ten Trailblazer, he has set new standards for the industry. He also spearheaded two new waves of PopPulse, our nationwide research platform. At Leo Burnett, Josh’s leadership has driven sustainable growth through selective new business wins like Vodafone and B&Q, and he led the agency’s sustainability agenda.
