Carly also redefined how the agency approaches new business, focusing on selective pitching. This approach brought in major wins such as Vodafone and B&Q, many secured without traditional pitch processes. Within the agency, Carly prioritised people and culture, launching Parentland to support working parents, introducing wellness programmes, and organising the agency’s first all-staff volunteering day.
