Heads of Production, Victoria, Sue and Liz have not only shaped House 337’s pioneering approach to production ,they’re instrumental in driving the agency agenda on DE&I, sustainability and innovation. They delivered work that has led to an outstanding awards year, winning 54 gongs across seven different clients, with House 337 winning International Agency of the Year 2023 at the Kinsale Shark Awards and scooping a record haul of awards at global awards shows this year. Their work included a sustainable film for EON; a campaign that delivered the RAF’s most successful year in terms of recruits; a multi-award-winning campaign for Women’s Aid; Effie-winning work for Santander; and Peta ‘Red River Farm’ which won a Film Lion. Sue, Liz and Victoria prioritise virtual and new production methods while ensuring that sustainability and DE&I are baked into operations, providing Ad Green workshops, driving Change The Brief efforts, and ensuring the process of hiring cast and crew and selecting production partners is inclusive. They also evolved production methods this year to facilitate clients’ changing budgets. In 2023, they delivered on their mission to create a pioneering operation that produces innovative, ambitious work that sets the industry bar.
