Garrett O’Reilly’s ambitious two-year growth plan for Hearts & Science has seen the agency become one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK. Having led Hearts to winning one of the year’s biggest pitches in Allwyn and the Global Jaguar Land Rover account, Garrett has ensured that those wins were the launchpad for new thinking, new opportunities, new ideas, new partnerships and a new kind of agency. This approach has seen Hearts receive it’s highted TRR scores on record and surpassing the industry average, as well as enjoy its best year in terms of awards success.

Deeply committed to the culture and people at Hearts, he has focussed his energy into enriching our culture, ensuring talent development and promoting wellbeing throughout. Recognised by a panel of his industry peers as Media Week’s Media Leader of the Year for 2024, Garrett is also passionate about paying back to that same industry, committing his time to the IPA Council & Membership Committee, as well as mentorship schemes at the IPA and OMG UK. Passionate about nurturing an industry that is more diverse, inclusive and equitable, Garrett has also supported initiatives such as the BRIM Sponsorship programme and Omniwomen.
