Nick Wright, Chief Growth Officer of HMN UK, has led a transformative growth strategy, driving unprecedented success in 2024. HMN UK has evolved from a media agency in transformation to a growth-driven, future-proofed network, achieving a 23% year-on-year revenue increase, retaining £103M in strategic accounts, including Bumble and SEGA, and securing £120M in new billings, including key accounts Ocado, Red Bull and University of Law.

Underpinned by the Network’s "meaningfully daring" philosophy, Nick restructured the PR, marketing, new business, design, and lead generation teams into a unified, centralised growth marketing team, working with squad leads to modernise their propositions. This resulted in the redevelopment of five agency brands, ensuring HMN UK has a non-competitive roster of agencies. More than just a restructure, Nick introduced new skillsets and capabilities into the Growth Team to help the business differentiate itself at pitches and instilled a "behave like a publisher" marketing strategy, shifting the business from reactive to proactive engagement with clients, media owners and stakeholders. A reimagined communications strategy, focused on storytelling, has supercharged the agency's reputational growth and top-tier media placements. Nick’s team also led the relaunch of Havas Boost, driving meaningful change in the third sector and supporting media talent.
