Hi, I’m Claire Young, CEO of Girl&Bear. I’m writing to tell you about Girl&Bear, also known as the Makers at VCCP. Girl&Bear is the production team at VCCP, and this is our entry into the ‘Production Team of the Year’ category.

In this entry, we want to present an ode to production - a collection of love letters to our industry and to all the producers, in our team and beyond. These love notes are dedicated to all the production teams out there. The teams who bring ideas to life. The teams who calmly navigate the challenges we face in making those ideas a reality. The specialists who have honed their craft to create beautiful work - work that entertains many and supports the brands we love. Yet so often, they’re not celebrated or championed quite enough - we're looking at you Campaign, why don't we have a 'Production Agency of the Year' category? In many ways, they are the unsung heroes of our industry. So, we felt it was time to spread the love. Girl&Bear, we love you. And to all the Makers in our industry, we love you too!
