Our innovative work spanned branding, design, and experience. Our global identity for Air India rolled out, blending heritage with modernity; we developed a new brand identity for luxury hotel operator Maybourne; created Mastercard’s new haptic logo which enables customers to ‘feel’ their phone as they make a payment; and launched a whole host of FMCG projects into the world. To enhance our client offering and bolster our culture of creativity and strategic excellence, we further invested in Brand Experience, Digital Design, Motion, and Verbal Identity. Along with future-proofing brands, our mandate is to lead the advancement of the branding industry. And, armed with 10 years of data, our FutureBrand Index report this year provided the most compelling business case for brand in its history.
