Four has been integrated and independent for 20 years, growing significantly in that time from a four-person start-up to a serious challenger to some of the UKs biggest agencies. Four has grown organically and through acquisition to build a formidable UK and international presence with over 320 staff servicing major government departments, brands and businesses across a diverse range of sectors. The agency has been integrated from the outset, encapsulated in its philosophy the power of together and a service range that spans advertising, digital, social, content media planning & buying, marketing, PR, public affairs, events, insights & planning and sponsorship.

Four has always had a culture of inclusivity and ambition for all - one that sees above average staff retention, and drives our pioneering approach to inclusion, diversity and equality. The board is majority female, and Four is one of a handful of agencies to publicly set ethnic representation targets. Four was one of the first agencies to give opportunities to young people through the UK Government Kickstart programme taking 30 interns, many from lower socio-economic and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
