Rich is driving forward the largest planning department in the UK – named this year as the best to work with by Media Partners at Campaign MediaWeek. He is also ensuring that team deliver for clients; with EM enjoying over 100 award wins last year for client work, and a total new and retained business value of £290m – enough to be a top 10 UK media agency on its own.

He’s doing this whilst taking an active role in the industry – sharing insights that all planners can use on a day to day basis. His work this year has been referenced by Karen Nelson Field in her new book on attention, as well as in publications by BARB, The IPA, Thinkbox, and JCDecaux.
