Working at the BBC isn't always easy. There aren't many places you have to pass by protestors to go to work each day. But working at the BBC is always rewarding. its mission and service of the British public is one of a kind. Whilst we have our critics, the role the organisation plays is both loved locally and respected globally.This makes the work we do at BBC Creative important, engaging and as mentioned, incredibly rewarding. Our team keeps us on the front foot and the high level of our creative output is testament to that, as are the results attached to each piece of work we make. To combat the mammoth budgets of our streamer competition, the shape of our work is always changing. Our craft and creativity constantly takes us into new formats and environments in an effort to find new ways to cut through the noise. What we do is enabled by working side-by-side with out stakeholders, with bravery and honesty along the way. Through standout stakeholder collaboration we manage to push for-and remind ourselves-that we are here to serve.
