With over 18 years' experience in advertising, brand and marketing, Alice started her agency career leading award-winning campaigns for brands including adidas, Honda and Morrisons. She then moved client-side, leading brand strategy for BT Group, delivering several complex brand relaunches across the portfolio and the creatively award-winning Hope United campaign for BT and EE.  Since joining OVO in 2023, she has been responsible for advertising, strategy, comms planning, sponsorship, insight and the creative studio. Since relaunching OVO, Alice and her team have delivered award-winning advertising campaigns, a refreshed loyalty and reward mechanic, a restructured studio model and new sponsorship properties and activations.
